I use standard Gmail, this is something they should have figured out. I dont know why they never had my email verified or told me that I needed to make them a contact. I checked and everything was in spam, except my first email to make a password. I told them I wasnt informed and they said they emailed me. Finally ******* replied through chat and told me I couldnt get the refund even though there is almost a week left until the order. As soon as I saw it on my card I tried to get in touch with then, which was difficult because their phone numbers posted on ****** didnt work and also when I went through their app no one replied. I tried to figure out how to get shipping since the store was far away.
